RETURNS:

If you have any issues with your Stock-Lok or installation, please let us know. All Stock-Loks are inspected and threaded prior to packaging to ensure quality and functionality. Any installation or compatibility concerns can usually be walked through via email: support@rangeroll.com. 

Returns require a pre-approved RMA number. Contact us within 30 days at returns@rangeroll.com, to let us know the problem or reason for requested return and to obtain an RMA number. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping/handling fees will be deducted from refund for reasons other than defective product. Returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to processing of refund. 

Returns must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
