RETURNS:

Solving problems and handling returns is EASY and PAINLESS!

If you have any issues with your Stock-Lok or installation, please let us know. All Stock-Loks are inspected and threaded prior to packaging to ensure quality and functionality. Any installation or compatibility concerns can usually be walked through via email: support@rangeroll.com. 

Returns are easy and simple! You can return your new, unused products for any reason by simply contacting us to initiate a return within 30 days. We do require a quick email, so we know it's coming and we can send you a pre-approved RMA number. Please contact us within 30 days at returns@rangeroll.com, to let us know the problem or reason for requested return (just for our records) and to obtain an RMA number.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping/handling fees will be deducted from refund for reasons other than defective product. Returns are subject to inspection prior to processing refund. 

Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
